Refund and Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new Cape Cod Wind & Weather or Downeaster Wind & Weather instrument, ship it back to us for exchange or full product refund. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Include in your package a note stating the reason for your return, a copy of the original receipt, and your phone number. Make sure your return is well packed so there is no chance of damage during the return shipping process. We will phone you once we receive your package to arrange a credit.

Orders that are accepted for return will have the total merchandise amounts credited. Any and all shipping and handling charges will NOT be credited, just the amount of merchandise.

Return Exceptions: Instruments that have been installed and used will NOT be accepted for return or refund unless there is found to be a manufacturing defect.

Instruments or parts that have been clearly damaged (dropped, stress cracks from improper handling, etc.) will NOT be accepted for return and will be returned to you in the same condition.
